Before You Submit
- You may submit this form once for each additional entry you'd like, up to four additional entries per calendar day.
- Each Free Alternative Entry has the same value and chance of winning as an entry received through an eligible free or paid product checkout.
- Use the same email address you used (or will use) for your Standard Free Daily Entry and any eligible product checkouts. Entries that cannot be matched to your Sweepstakes email address may not be credited.
- You must also submit a Standard Free Daily Entry that same calendar day for these additional entries to count toward your daily total.
