The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions, outside the United States and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may receive up to five entries per calendar day through the methods described below:

  • One Standard Free Daily Entry; and
  • Up to four Additional Entries.

An entrant may obtain Additional Entries through eligible free product checkouts, eligible paid product purchases, the Free Alternative Entry Method, or a combination of these methods.

A. Standard Free Daily Entry

Visit:

https://www.helpinghandstherapyresources.com/birthday-sweepstakes

Complete and submit the Standard Free Daily Entry Form using accurate and complete information.

Limit one Standard Free Daily Entry per person and email address per calendar day.

No checkout or purchase is required to submit the Standard Free Daily Entry.

B. Additional Entries Through Eligible Free Products

An entrant may receive one Additional Entry by completing checkout for a unique eligible free product offered by Helping Hands Therapy Resources during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligible free products may include:

  • Free digital downloads;
  • Free educational resources;
  • Free courses or programs; and
  • Other $0 offers designated as eligible by the Sponsor.

Each unique eligible free product may generate only one Additional Entry per entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Repeatedly completing checkout for the same free product will not generate multiple entries.

The checkout must:

  • Be completed during the Sweepstakes Period;
  • Be completed legitimately by the entrant;
  • Relate to a free product designated as eligible by the Sponsor; and
  • Use the same email address submitted on the Standard Free Daily Entry Form.

Limit four total Additional Entries per calendar day across all Additional Entry methods.

C. Additional Entries Through Eligible Paid Products

An entrant may receive one Additional Entry for each eligible paid product purchased from Helping Hands Therapy Resources during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligible paid products may include:

  • Digital resources;
  • Courses or training programs;
  • Certification programs;
  • Memberships or subscriptions; and
  • Other paid offers designated as eligible by the Sponsor.

Each separately listed eligible product acquired through a completed checkout may provide one Additional Entry, subject to the daily and overall entry limits.

A bundle, package, certification pathway, membership, subscription, or other offer sold for one combined price or through one combined checkout counts as one eligible product unless the Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

The purchase must:

  • Be completed during the Sweepstakes Period;
  • Relate to a product designated as eligible by the Sponsor;
  • Be completed legitimately by the entrant;
  • Use the same email address submitted on the Standard Free Daily Entry Form; and
  • Not be canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or subject to a chargeback.

If an eligible paid order is canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or subject to a chargeback, entries associated with that transaction may be invalidated.

Limit four total Additional Entries per calendar day across all Additional Entry methods.

D. Free Alternative Method of Entry

No purchase, product selection, or checkout is required to receive Additional Entries.

After submitting the Standard Free Daily Entry, an entrant may receive up to four Additional Entries per calendar day by completing the Free Alternative Entry Form.

The Free Alternative Entry Form is available at:

FREE ALTERNATIVE ENTRY-FORM

The entrant must submit the Free Alternative Entry Form separately for each Additional Entry requested.

Each submission must include all information requested on the form and must be completed by the entrant.

Limit four Free Alternative Entries per person and email address per calendar day, subject to the combined daily entry limit.

The Free Alternative Entry Method:

  • Does not require a product checkout;
  • Does not require a purchase or payment;
  • Does not require marketing consent;
  • Does not require a social-media share, tag, referral, or friend connection; and
  • Remains available throughout the same Sweepstakes Period as the purchase entry method.

Each valid Free Alternative Entry has the same value and chance of winning as an entry received through an eligible free or paid product checkout.

E. Combined Daily and Sweepstakes Entry Limits

An entrant may combine the entry methods, but no entrant may receive more than:

  • One Standard Free Daily Entry per calendar day;
  • Four Additional Entries per calendar day;
  • Five total entries per calendar day; or
  • 155 total entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

For example, an entrant may receive five entries in one day through:

  • One Standard Free Daily Entry and four eligible free product checkouts;
  • One Standard Free Daily Entry and four eligible paid product purchases;
  • One Standard Free Daily Entry and four Free Alternative Entries; or
  • One Standard Free Daily Entry and any combination of four eligible product and Free Alternative Entries.

If an entrant exceeds the daily limit, the Sponsor may count the first five otherwise eligible entries recorded for that calendar day and disregard subsequent entries.

Purchasing will not increase the maximum number of entries available or provide better odds than using the free entry methods.

5. Email Address and Entry Verification

Entrants must use the same email address for:

  • The Standard Free Daily Entry Form;
  • Eligible free product checkouts;
  • Eligible paid product purchases; and
  • Free Alternative Entry submissions.

An entry that cannot be matched to the entrant’s Standard Free Daily Entry email address may not be credited.

If several people use the same email address, only the authorized account holder will be considered the entrant.

The “authorized account holder” is the individual assigned the email address by the applicable internet service provider, online service provider, employer, educational institution, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

The Sponsor may require proof that an entrant is the authorized account holder.

6. Prohibited Entry Methods

An entrant may not use:

  • Multiple names, email addresses, identities, or accounts to exceed the entry limits;
  • Bots, macros, scripts, automated systems, or commercial entry services;
  • False, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent checkouts;
  • Repeated checkouts for the same free product;
  • Canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged-back transactions; or
  • Any method intended to circumvent these Official Rules.

Entries submitted through prohibited methods may be disqualified.

All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values

Three winners will be selected, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

The combined approximate retail value of the three randomly awarded prizes is $1,841.

This amount does not include the guaranteed $22 Birthday Credits described in Section 8. The aggregate value of those credits will depend on the number of eligible participants.

Grand Prize: Certification and Private Coaching Experience — $1,272 Value

One Grand-Prize winner will receive:

  • The winner’s choice of one eligible certification program offered by Helping Hands Therapy Resources, valued at $597;
  • Three private 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with Kathleen Yopp, valued at $225 each and $675 total;
  • A personalized consultation and needs assessment;
  • Individualized coaching and recommendations;
  • An individualized action plan; and
  • Implementation support and follow-up provided during the three coaching sessions.

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,272.

Eligible certification programs and applicable professional prerequisites will be identified by the Sponsor when the prize is awarded.

Access to a certification program does not automatically confer certification, professional credentials, continuing-education credit, licensure, or another designation. The winner must satisfy all requirements applicable to the selected program.

The coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within six months after the prize is accepted, unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

Sessions are subject to mutually available scheduling times and the Sponsor’s cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Coaching is educational and consultative. It does not establish a therapist-client, supervisor-supervisee, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed treatment relationship.

Second Prize — $372 Value

One Second-Prize winner will receive:

  • One 45-minute private consultation with Kathleen Yopp, valued at $175; and
  • A $197 promotional credit toward one eligible course or certification.

The total approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $372.

The consultation must be scheduled and completed within six months after the prize is accepted.

The $197 credit applies only to products designated as eligible by the Sponsor. It is limited to one use, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, combined with another discount, applied to a previous purchase, or exchanged for unused value.

If the eligible product costs less than $197, the winner may receive the product without payment, but any unused portion will be forfeited.

Third Prize — $197 Value

One Third-Prize winner will receive:

  • One 30-minute private coaching session with Kathleen Yopp, valued at $125; and
  • One year of access to the Regulation Resource Hub, valued at $72 based on the current rate of $6 per month.

The total approximate retail value of the Third Prize is $197.

The coaching session must be scheduled and completed within six months after the prize is accepted.

Resource Hub access will continue for 12 consecutive months beginning on a date determined by the Sponsor.

No payment information or paid subscription will be required to claim the complimentary access. Access will end automatically after 12 months unless the winner independently elects to purchase continued access.

8. Guaranteed $22 Birthday Credit

Every eligible participant who submits at least one valid Sweepstakes entry will receive one $22 Birthday Credit after the Sweepstakes ends.

The number of entries submitted does not affect the number or value of credits received.

Each eligible participant may receive only one $22 Birthday Credit, even if the participant submits multiple entries.

The credit may be used to:

  • Receive one of the Sponsor’s selected eligible birthday products for free; or
  • Apply $22 toward another product selected as eligible by the Sponsor.

No minimum purchase is required.

The maximum promotional value of each credit is $22.

The credit:

  • Applies only to products selected as eligible by the Sponsor;
  • Is limited to one use per participant;
  • Has no cash value;
  • Is nontransferable;
  • Cannot be combined with another coupon, discount, or promotional offer;

  • Cannot be applied to taxes, previous purchases, existing payment obligations, recurring subscription payments, or ineligible products;

  • Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash; and

  • Cannot be exchanged for unused credit or account value.

If an eligible product costs less than $22, the participant may receive that product for free, but any unused credit will be forfeited.

The credit will be delivered to the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes.

The credit will be valid from September 1, 2026, through September 5, 2026, and will expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 5, 2026.

The Sponsor is not responsible for an email filtered into a spam or promotions folder, blocked by an email provider, or undeliverable because an entrant supplied an inaccurate or inactive email address.

9. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 2, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The first eligible entry selected will be the potential Grand-Prize winner. The second will be the potential Second-Prize winner. The third will be the potential Third-Prize winner.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent person or service designated by the Sponsor.

Each eligible entry has equal weight, regardless of whether it was obtained through a free entry method or an eligible paid purchase.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided on the entry form within three business days after the drawing.

A potential winner must respond within five business days after notification is sent, unless the notice provides a different reasonable deadline.

Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to:

  • Confirm eligibility;
  • Verify identity and professional status;
  • Complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
  • Complete a liability and publicity release where lawful;
  • Provide a completed IRS Form W-9 when required; and
  • Complete other documentation reasonably necessary to award the prize.

A potential winner may be disqualified if the person:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond by the stated deadline;
  • Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
  • Fails to provide requested documentation;
  • Declines the prize;
  • Violates these Official Rules; or
  • Has a prize notification returned as undeliverable.

If a potential winner is disqualified or cannot accept the prize, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Prize Conditions

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

The Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component with an item or service of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Winners are responsible for equipment, internet access, technology, professional approvals, and other resources necessary to participate in an online course or coaching session.

The Sponsor is not responsible if a winner fails to complete a course, satisfy certification requirements, attend a coaching session, use a credit, or redeem a prize component before its expiration.

Except where otherwise stated, all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

A prize valued at $600 or more may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and the winner on IRS Form 1099-MISC or another applicable tax form. The Sponsor may require tax documentation before awarding the prize.

12. Social Sharing

Sharing the Sweepstakes on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another platform is optional and does not provide an entry.

Entrants are not required to:

  • Share a post on a personal timeline;
  • Share a post on another person’s timeline;
  • Tag friends;
  • Follow an account;
  • Like or comment on a post; or
  • Use a social-media friend connection to enter.

Voluntary sharing is appreciated but will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who:

  • Tampers or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes;
  • Submits fraudulent or automated entries;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Attempts to circumvent the entry limits;
  • Violates these Official Rules;
  • Acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
  • Attempts to damage the Sponsor’s website, systems, reputation, or other entrants.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, force majeure, or another circumstance impairs the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the impairment, if fair, practical, and legally permissible.

14. Technical Problems

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries;
  • Interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, platforms, or email systems;
  • Errors involving computers, devices, software, browsers, internet connections, forms, or checkout systems;
  • Entries not recorded because of technical or human error;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
  • Email filtered as spam or blocked by a provider; or
  • Damage resulting from accessing or participating in the Sweepstakes.

Proof of attempted entry does not establish that the Sponsor received a valid entry.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize;
  • Participation in a course or coaching session;
  • Technical failures or unauthorized intervention;
  • Printing, typographical, administrative, or human errors; or
  • Any violation of rights allegedly caused by the entrant’s participation.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, professional title, likeness, voice, submitted statement, and prize information for promotional and administrative purposes without additional compensation.

A winner may notify the Sponsor in writing of a legally recognized restriction on such use.

17. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and eligibility, match checkout activity, contact potential winners, distribute the $22 Birthday Credit, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Marketing consent is optional. Entering does not require an entrant to agree to receive unrelated promotional email.

If an entrant separately elects to receive marketing communications, the entrant may unsubscribe at any time.

Information will otherwise be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

Privacy Policy

18. Disputes and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought individually, and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Nothing in this section eliminates any nonwaivable right or remedy available under applicable law.

19. Winner Information

After the winners have been verified, the Sponsor may publish each winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, professional title, and prize received.

The Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, prize administration, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.
