Kathy’s 31 Days of Birthday Grand-Prize Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By entering Kathy’s 31 Days of Birthday Grand-Prize Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Attn: Kathleen Yopp

The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who:
- Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry; and
- Are therapists, therapy assistants, educators, behavioral health professionals, students enrolled in an eligible professional program, or other professionals serving children and families.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households, are not eligible to enter or win.
“Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where that person resides.
The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions, outside the United States and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit:
Complete and submit the official entry form using accurate and complete information.
An eligible entrant may submit no more than one entry per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, for a maximum of 31 entries.
A “calendar day” begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
There is no cost to submit an entry. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not provide an additional entry, increase the maximum number of entries available, or improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entrants may be offered the opportunity to consent separately to receive educational and promotional emails. Agreeing to receive marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.
5. Entry Limitations
Limit one entry per person and email address per calendar day and 31 total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
An entrant may not use multiple names, email addresses, identities, devices, accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other methods to exceed the stated entry limit.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, generated automatically, submitted through unauthorized methods, or received in excess of the entry limit may be disqualified.
If multiple entrants use the same email address, only the authorized account holder of that email address will be considered the entrant.
The “authorized account holder” is the person assigned the email address by the applicable internet service provider, online service provider, employer, educational institution, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.
The Sponsor may require an entrant to provide evidence that they are the authorized account holder.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values
Three winners will be selected, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
The combined approximate retail value of the three randomly awarded prizes is $1,841.
This amount does not include the guaranteed $22 Birthday Credits described in Section 7. The aggregate value of the Birthday Credits will depend on the number of eligible participants.
Grand Prize: Certification and Private Coaching Experience — $1,272 Value
One Grand-Prize winner will receive:
- The winner’s choice of one eligible certification or educational program offered by Helping Hands Therapy Resources, with an approximate retail value of $597;
- Three private 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with Kathleen Yopp, valued at $225 each and $675 total;
- A personalized consultation and needs assessment;
- Individualized coaching and recommendations;
- An individualized action plan; and
- Implementation support and follow-up provided during the three coaching sessions.
The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,272.
Eligible certification programs and any applicable professional prerequisites will be identified by the Sponsor at the time the prize is awarded.
Winning access to a certification program does not automatically confer certification, professional credentials, continuing-education credit, licensure, or any other designation. The winner must satisfy all course, assessment, attendance, professional, and certification requirements applicable to the selected program.
The three coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within six months after the Grand Prize is accepted, unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.
Sessions are subject to mutually available scheduling times and the Sponsor’s cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Coaching is educational and consultative. It does not establish a therapist-client, supervisor-supervisee, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed treatment relationship.
Second Prize — $372 Value
One Second-Prize winner will receive:
- One 45-minute private consultation with Kathleen Yopp, with an approximate retail value of $175; and
- A $197 promotional credit toward one eligible course or certification.
The total approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $372.
The consultation must be scheduled and completed within six months after the prize is accepted.
The $197 promotional credit applies only to products designated as eligible by the Sponsor. It is limited to one use, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, combined with another discount, applied to a previous purchase, or exchanged for unused value.
If the eligible product selected by the winner costs less than $197, the winner may receive the product without payment, but any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited.
Third Prize — $197 Value
One Third-Prize winner will receive:
- One 30-minute private coaching session with Kathleen Yopp, with an approximate retail value of $125; and
- One year of access to the Regulation Resource Hub, with an approximate retail value of $72 based on the current rate of $6 per month.
The total approximate retail value of the Third Prize is $197.
The coaching session must be scheduled and completed within six months after the prize is accepted.
Resource Hub access will begin on a date determined by the Sponsor and continue for 12 consecutive months.
No payment information or paid subscription will be required to claim the complimentary access. Access will end automatically after 12 months unless the winner independently elects to purchase continued access.
7. Guaranteed $22 Birthday Credit
Every eligible participant who submits at least one valid Sweepstakes entry will receive one $22 Birthday Credit after the Sweepstakes ends.
The number of Sweepstakes entries submitted does not affect the number or value of credits received. Each eligible participant may receive only one $22 Birthday Credit, even if that participant submits entries on multiple days.
The credit may be used to:
- Receive one of the Sponsor’s selected eligible birthday products for free; or
- Apply $22 toward another product selected as eligible by the Sponsor.
No minimum purchase is required.
The maximum promotional value of each credit is $22. The aggregate value of all distributed credits will depend on the number of eligible participants.
The credit:
- Applies only to products selected as eligible by the Sponsor;
- Is limited to one use per eligible participant;
- Has no cash value;
- Is nontransferable;
- Cannot be combined with another coupon, discount, or promotional offer;
- Cannot be applied to taxes, previous purchases, existing payment obligations, recurring subscription payments, or products not designated as eligible;
- Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash; and
- Cannot be exchanged for unused credit or account value.
If an eligible product costs less than $22, the participant may receive that product for free, but any remaining credit will be forfeited.
The credit will be distributed through the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes.
The credit will be valid from September 1, 2026, through September 5, 2026, and will expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 5, 2026.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a credit email that is filtered into a spam or promotions folder, blocked by an email provider, or undeliverable because an entrant submitted an inaccurate or inactive email address.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 2, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The first eligible entry selected will be the potential Grand-Prize winner. The second eligible entry selected will be the potential Second-Prize winner. The third eligible entry selected will be the potential Third-Prize winner.
The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent person or service designated by the Sponsor.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided on the entry form within three business days after the drawing.
A potential winner must respond within five business days after the notification is sent, unless the notification states a different reasonable deadline.
Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to:
- Confirm eligibility;
- Verify identity and professional status;
- Complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
- Complete a liability and publicity release where lawful;
- Provide a completed IRS Form W-9 when required; and
- Complete any other documentation reasonably necessary to administer and award the prize.
A potential winner may be disqualified if the person:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not respond by the stated deadline;
- Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
- Fails to provide requested documentation;
- Declines the prize;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Has a prize notification returned as undeliverable.
If a potential winner is disqualified or cannot accept the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may continue selecting alternate winners until the applicable prize is awarded or until the Sponsor reasonably determines that no eligible entries remain.
10. Prize Conditions
Prizes are nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
The Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component with an item or service of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Winners are responsible for obtaining any equipment, internet connection, technology, professional approvals, or other resources needed to participate in an online course or coaching session.
The Sponsor is not responsible if a winner does not complete a course, satisfy certification requirements, attend a scheduled coaching session, use a promotional credit, or redeem another prize component before its expiration.
Except where otherwise stated, all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
A prize valued at $600 or more may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and the winner on IRS Form 1099-MISC or another applicable tax form. The Sponsor may require tax documentation before awarding the prize.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Tampers or attempts to interfere with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
- Submits fraudulent or automated entries;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Attempts to circumvent the entry limits;
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
- Attempts to damage the Sponsor’s website, systems, reputation, or other entrants.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, force majeure, or another circumstance impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the Sweepstakes was impaired, if doing so is fair, practical, and legally permissible.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
12. Technical Problems
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries;
- Interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, platforms, or email systems;
- Technical errors involving computers, mobile devices, software, browsers, internet connections, or form providers;
- Entries that are not recorded because of technical or human error;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
- Email messages filtered as spam or blocked by an email provider; or
- Damage to an entrant’s device resulting from accessing or participating in the Sweepstakes.
Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that the Sponsor received a valid entry.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes;
- Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize;
- Participation in a course or coaching session;
- Technical failures or unauthorized intervention;
- Printing, typographical, administrative, or human errors; or
- Any violation of rights allegedly caused by the entrant’s participation.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, professional title, likeness, voice, submitted statement, and prize information for promotional and administrative purposes without additional compensation or approval.
A winner may notify the Sponsor in writing of any legally recognized restriction on such use.
15. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, distribute the $22 Birthday Credit, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing consent is optional. Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to agree to receive unrelated promotional email.
If an entrant separately elects to receive marketing communications, the entrant may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Information will otherwise be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:
16. Disputes and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought individually, and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Nothing in this section eliminates any nonwaivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
17. Winner Information
After the winners have been verified, the Sponsor may publish each winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, professional title, and prize received on its website, social-media pages, or email communications.

By entering, each entrant releases these platforms from responsibility for the Sweepstakes.
Questions, comments, and complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.
19. Entire Rules and Sponsor Decisions
