Done-for-You Provider Workshops

We want you to understand what you are purchasing before completing your order.

Done-for-You Provider Workshops are digital professional resources that may include downloadable presentations, speaker notes, facilitator materials, workbooks, handouts, templates, marketing resources, and other proprietary materials.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products, all Done-for-You Provider Workshop sales are final once access to the digital materials has been granted.

Once you receive access, the intellectual property and downloadable resources cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds because:

You changed your mind after purchasing
You decided not to use or present the workshop
You did not download or complete the materials
The workshop was not what you expected when the sales page accurately described the product
Your professional or business circumstances changed
You purchased a workshop and later became eligible for a different promotion, discount, bundle, or bonus

Please review the workshop description, included resources, licensing information, and applicable requirements before purchasing.

Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, purchased the exact same workshop twice in error, or experienced another checkout/payment error, please contact us promptly.

We will review legitimate billing errors individually and correct verified duplicate or erroneous charges when appropriate.

Technical Access Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased materials, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

A technical access problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the purchased materials can be restored or otherwise provided to you.

Bundle Purchases

When purchasing a bundle or discounted multi-workshop offer, please select your workshops carefully.

Once access to your selected digital workshop materials has been granted, workshop selections generally cannot be exchanged for different workshops.

Bundle discounts, promotional pricing, complimentary workshops, bonuses, and other special offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to previous purchases unless specifically stated in the promotion.

Complimentary and Promotional Workshops

A workshop received free as a bonus with another qualifying purchase has no cash value and is not eligible for a refund, cash substitution, or credit.

Promotional eligibility and selection deadlines must be met within the time period stated for the applicable promotion.

Certification Is Not Included Unless Specifically Stated

Purchasing a standalone Done-for-You Provider Workshop does not include enrollment in a professional certification program or confer a professional certification, credential, or Licensed Provider designation unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
