Regulation-First™ Done-for-You Provider Workshops

These Provider Workshop License Terms (“License Terms”) govern the use of Done-for-You (“DFY”) Provider Workshops and associated materials purchased or otherwise provided by Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC and/or Helping Hands Therapy Resources (“Helping Hands”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, presenting, or using a DFY Provider Workshop or any associated materials, you agree to these License Terms.

1. What Your License Includes

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased DFY workshop and its designated materials in your own professional practice.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, the license is granted to one individual provider.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the workshop, curriculum, framework, presentation, handouts, templates, workbooks, scripts, graphics, or other intellectual property to you.

2. Who May Present the Workshop?

The individual provider who purchased or was specifically granted access to the workshop may present the workshop.

The workshop may be presented to appropriate audiences such as:

Parents and caregivers
Clients and families
Teachers and school personnel
Community groups
Parent organizations
Professional or community organizations
Other audiences appropriate to the workshop topic and the provider's professional scope

Providers are responsible for ensuring that they present only topics appropriate to their own education, training, competence, professional credentials, and scope of practice.

Purchase of a DFY workshop does not grant a professional credential, certification, or Regulation-First™ Licensed Provider designation unless that credential or designation has been separately earned.

3. Single-Provider License

Unless your purchase specifically states otherwise, each workshop purchase covers one individual provider.

The license may not be shared among multiple therapists, employees, contractors, colleagues, locations, or unrelated businesses.

If multiple professionals within the same practice or organization will independently present the workshop, a separate license or Team/Practice License is required for each additional presenter unless Helping Hands provides written permission otherwise.

Administrative staff may assist the licensed provider with scheduling, registration, printing, and workshop preparation, but they may not independently present or use the licensed workshop as their own.

4. You MAY Charge for Your Workshop

Yes. You may charge participants to attend a workshop you personally present under your Provider Use License.

You may use the workshop as:

A paid parent workshop
A paid community presentation
A workshop offered through your private practice
Part of an appropriate parent-coaching or consultation service
A school or community presentation
A complimentary educational event
A lead-generating educational workshop for your practice

You determine your own professional service or attendance fee.

Your purchase gives you permission to sell your professional service and presentation of the workshop.

It does not give you permission to sell the workshop files or Helping Hands Therapy Resources intellectual property.

5. Live In-Person and Virtual Presentations

You may present your licensed workshop:

In person
Live online through platforms such as Zoom or similar services
Within your practice
At schools
For parent or caregiver groups
For appropriate community organizations

Unless separately authorized in writing, the standard Provider Use License is intended for live presentation of the workshop.

The standard license does not include permission to record the complete workshop and sell, license, distribute, or provide ongoing on-demand access to the recording as a standalone digital course, membership resource, or digital product.

6. What You May Customize

Where editable areas are provided, you may add your:

Name
Professional credentials
Practice or business name
Practice logo
Contact information
Website
Scheduling information
Local referral information
Local resources
Appropriate call to action for your own services

You may adapt your spoken delivery, examples, and discussion to fit your audience and professional voice, provided you do not materially misrepresent the Regulation-First™ framework or Helping Hands Therapy Resources content.

You may not remove required copyright, trademark, licensing, authorship, or Regulation-First™ attribution.

7. Participant Materials

You may provide designated participant-facing handouts, worksheets, workbooks, and resources to individuals attending your workshop.

These materials may be:

Printed for attendees
Provided directly to registered workshop participants in an appropriate digital format
Used with appropriate individual clients or families when the resource is designated for client/participant use

Participant materials are for the personal use of the recipient.

Editable source files, facilitator materials, speaker scripts, presentation files, provider guides, marketing templates, and other provider-only materials may not be distributed to participants.

8. What You MAY NOT Do

Your Provider Use License does not permit you to:

Sell the PowerPoint or presentation files
Sell the speaker notes or facilitator scripts
Sell the workbook, handouts, templates, or tools as standalone digital products
Resell the complete workshop or any substantial portion of it
Upload workshop materials to Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or another marketplace
Upload editable materials to a website, shared drive, membership, course platform, resource library, or other location where others can download or copy them
Share your workshop files with another provider
Transfer or sublicense your license
Allow another provider to present under your individual license
Republish or repackage the workshop as your own course, certification, curriculum, workshop kit, template package, or digital product
Copy substantial portions of the materials to create a competing product
Claim authorship or ownership of Regulation-First™ materials
Remove required copyright, trademark, licensing, or attribution notices
Represent yourself as a Regulation-First™ Licensed Provider, Certified Emotional Regulation Specialist, Certified Toilet Training Specialist, or holder of another credential solely because you purchased a DFY workshop

Simply stated: You may sell your service. You may not sell or redistribute the files.

9. Intellectual Property

All original workshop content, presentation materials, facilitator materials, scripts, workbooks, templates, handouts, frameworks, graphics, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC and/or Helping Hands Therapy Resources, except where third-party content is specifically identified.

Regulation-First™ and other identified program, framework, workshop, and product names remain the property of their respective owner(s).

Your purchase grants permission to use designated materials according to these License Terms. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or authorship.

10. Professional Responsibility

These workshops are educational resources.

Providers remain independently responsible for:

Practicing within their professional scope
Maintaining appropriate licensure and credentials
Using their own professional and clinical judgment
Determining whether information or strategies are appropriate for a particular audience or individual
Following applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies
Making appropriate referrals when needs fall outside their training or scope

Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC does not supervise or control the independent professional services of providers who purchase or use these materials.

11. No Provider-Client Relationship With Helping Hands

When you present a DFY workshop, participants are attending a presentation delivered by you as an independent provider.

Participation does not establish a provider-client relationship between workshop participants and Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC, Helping Hands Therapy Resources, or Kathleen Yopp.

12. Educational Disclaimer

DFY workshops and accompanying resources are provided for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, behavioral health, educational, nutritional, or other professional evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

Individual needs vary. No particular clinical, developmental, educational, behavioral, business, or financial result is guaranteed.

13. Violation or Termination of License

Helping Hands reserves the right to terminate permission to use licensed materials if these License Terms are materially violated.

Upon termination for violation of these terms, the provider must discontinue presentation, distribution, reproduction, and use of the licensed materials as directed.

Termination of a license due to violation of these terms does not transfer any ownership rights to the purchaser.

14. Questions or Additional Licensing

If you need permission for:

Multiple presenters
Practice-wide use
Organizational use
Recorded or on-demand workshops
Use beyond the permissions described above

Additional licensing may be available.
