 This program teaches you how to:

 

RESET: According to Polyvagal Theory, we have the power to reset our autonomic nervous system's response to stress. By engaging the vagus nerve, which plays a crucial role in regulating our body's relaxation response, we can shift our emotions out of the fight or flight state to a more grounded state of emotional safety. There are specific techniques that have been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, whose role is to relax the mind and body and “re-set”.


REWIRE: Creating new neural connections and pathways in the brain allows us to can change the body’s physical and emotional responses and enables us to better adapt and recover from stressors. It is what helps build emotional resilience.


RECONNECT: When we feel emotionally and physically safe, we are able to connect with others, ourselves and the environment. We can successfully engage in conversation, without misreading cues from others. We are able to be productive in our daily activities. We can find peace and joy in what we are doing. Connection allows us to create and nurture meaningful relationships and emotional safety. This is what allows us to be more emotionally resilient and to recover and withstand whatever stressors we face.

Part 1: RESET

Understand your nervous system — and learn how to calm your body and brain...necessary steps before behavior changes can occur.  

Develop a strong foundations by understanding your nervous system, the impact on emotional regulation, and the power of the "reset."  The focus of this training is on developing nervous system awareness and practical steps for calming the body and brain. 

You’ll learn:

  • What emotional dysregulation looks like in moms, caregivers, and kids

  • How stress keeps you stuck in survival mode

  • Simple, science-backed vagus nerve techniques

  • How to create a reset ritual you can use every day
    (Plus practical tools you can apply immediately)

 

PART 2: REWIRE 

Reprogram Your Stress Response and Create New Emotional Patterns

Go beyond coping and begin rewiring emotional patterns. This session is rooted in trauma-informed strategies and the power of neuroplasticity.

You’ll learn:

  • How chronic stress shapes your nervous system

  • Why old patterns keep repeating

  • Tools for safe neuroplastic “rewiring”

  • Daily routines that build emotional resilience
    (Includes routines + reflection practices)

 

PART 3: RECONNECT 

Build Meaningful Bonds With Yourself, Your Children, and Your Community

Reconnect with yourself, your children, and your life in ways that feel safe, grounded, and calmer.  

You’ll learn:

  • How to strengthen co-regulation with your children

  • How to build support systems that help instead of drain

  • Strategies for emotional moments that build connection
    (Includes script tools and relationship anchoring tools)
